What's more, the ABSplus Secondary Bay becomes a fully bootable internal hard drive when inserted into the secondary bay of compatible laptop computers. This ABSplus Module Bay is designed for D Series Latitude D800, D600, D500; Inspiron 8600, 8500, 5150, 5100, 600m, and 500m. Details: If a product does not operate as warranted during the applicable warranty period, CMS shall, at its option and expense, (1) repair the defective product or part, or (2) deliver to Customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective item. All products that are replaced will become the property of CMS. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned. Any replaced or repaired product or part has a ninety (90) day warranty or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. Warranty does not apply to equipment that has been damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by CMS; (c) by modification without prior written consent from CMS; (d) damage resulting from transit, neglect, power surge or failure, or operating environment; or (e) any event due to normal wear and tear.
