Attaching a TV Mount to the ceiling requires either a flange or a bracket, especially designed for your unique installation. Attaching a TV Mount to the wall may require an additional mounting plate or plates, especially designed for your unique installation. You may decide at a later date to attach a TV Ceiling Mount to the wall. In which case conversion kits could be utilized. Each kit has the appropriate plates and hardware for that particular installation. TVUCA-BK is a universal clamp for hanging mount off of ceiling beam 3" or less in diameter.
