This warranty does not apply if the PRODUCT has been damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, misuse, or misapplication; if the PRODUCT has been modified without the written permission of Bell & Howell; or if any Bell & Howell scanner serial number has been removed or modified. Further, this warranty does not apply to consumable parts such as fuses, belts, glass flats, lamps, tires, or to any PRODUCT operated in a manner beyond the published product specifications (“Warrantable Repair”).
