Auto Color Detect: Color When You Need It, Bitonal When You Don’t The second feature that improves color scanning processing time is Auto Color Detect (ACD). Using Auto Color Detect, color documents scan in color, bitonal in bitonal, all simultaneously on one system.
ACD correctly identifies color from bitonal documents automatically, without slowing down or stopping, while scanning is in process.
Even if you only scan 10% of your documents in color, the productivity benefits that ACD affords via uninterrupted performance are unmistakable.
Auto-Orientation: Reads It Right Auto-Orientation automatically adjusts scanned documents – even those scanned upside down or backwards – and displays them “right side up” as they are normally read. This feature reduces the number of processing interruptions because of operator intervention.
Blank Page Deletion: Save File Size and Money Blank Page Deletion enables significant savings in file size, storage and transaction costs.
