I use the screen to ensure that no one else can see what I am working on. I am an accountant/tax preparer and this enables me to keep what I am currently working on open when I have another client come by for a consult or to pick up a return.
I also like the glare mitigation as well. The only con I have is that the little tabs that are supplied to hold the screen to the monitor are not as long lasting as the screen. However, scotch tape works great.
